About Me
My name is Aljona Koch — I am a chef whose journey has taken me from top culinary competitions to the high standards of Michelin-level kitchens. I’ve had the honour of competing at the Bocuse d’Or, taking part in the Global Chef competition, and receiving the title Estonian Young Chef of the Year.
I studied at the Tallinn School of Service (Tallinna Teeninduskool) and have continued to grow and learn throughout my career — both in the kitchen and as a judge at culinary competitions.
These experiences have shaped how I cook. I believe in clean and honest flavours, precision, respect for ingredients, and beautiful presentation that creates real memories. I love to work with seasonal and local produce, letting each ingredient speak for itself.
Today, I bring this dining experience directly to you — in your home or in a private venue arranged by me. Every menu is created personally for you, your event, and your guests. I listen to your wishes, your tastes, and any special needs, so the meal truly reflects you. I believe the best food is made with both skill and heart. '
I focus on offering a calm, welcoming, and intimate atmosphere, where you can simply relax and enjoy. Whether it’s a private dinner, celebration, business evening, or a cook-together workshop, my goal is to create something memorable, warm, and personal.
Professionalism is important to me — from careful planning and smooth service to a clean and organised kitchen. You can trust that everything is taken care of, down to the smallest detail.
If you’re looking for a chef with Michelin-level experience, an award-winning background, and a kind, human approach, I would be honoured to cook for you.
